About the Role:

This is a high-volume inbound call role with some tasking between calls. Our ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, including impeccable phone manner, and be proficient in computers and phones while navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient inquiries: Respond to patient calls and messages in a timely and empathetic manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Navigate complex healthcare systems: Collaborate with providers and operations team members to complete urgent tasks, ensuring a positive virtual experience for all patients using our technology suite.
  • Utilize advanced technology: Leverage tools such as Slack, Google Suite, Zoom, and our Electronic Medical Record System to streamline daily work and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of high-volume contact center experience: Proven track record of handling high-call volumes and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong multitasking skills: Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including impeccable phone manner.
