Job Summary

This role is responsible for scheduling appointments, handling incoming calls, and coordinating patient needs. You will work closely with internal partners and clinics to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to provide empathetic support to patients and families.
  • Maintain accurate records and navigate custom computer software to schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to address patient concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Analyze metrics to achieve minimum goal achievement and continually improve performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Experience in medical office settings, preferably with insurance knowledge.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to show empathy and active listening.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
