Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a suite of reports that provide promotion performance highlights and insights
- Perform ad hoc analysis to answer strategic business questions and provide actionable insights
- Leverage data analysis to influence Sephora strategies through clear stories and recommendations
- Build promotion scenario models to provide insight into the impact of promotion strategy changes
- Partner with the promotion and marketing operations teams to build testing methodologies and strategies to provide insight into business questions regarding incrementality, pull forward, and client fatigue
- Identify areas of opportunity to improve current analytics communications, reports, dashboards through automations, improved insights, and visualizations
- Stay current on trends and best practices in retail and analytics
- 3+ years' analytics experience
- Fluency in core analytics toolkit: Advanced SQL, Data visualization in Tableau, R/Python a plus, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and analysis skills
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Omniture Site Catalyst a plus
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate findings to all levels of the organization
