If your expertise encompasses business analysis, qualitative consumer research, web analytics, and information architecture, that is a significant advantage; however, we will also value your experience in two or three of these domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the overall excellence of strategic work across all projects and accounts, spanning various disciplines.
Collaborate with other senior-level professionals to guarantee that accounts are supported by strategists and analysts with the right skill sets, engaging your team at the appropriate stages.
Act as a champion for the Strategy department, ensuring that account teams comprehend the integral role of Strategy within projects.Provide continuous support for special projects and initiatives within the Strategy department, offering guidance and insights to colleagues across different disciplines.
Ensure that core processes and deliverables adhere to strategic best practices.Become a subject matter expert on client business sectors to identify and address business challenges.
Oversee all aspects of relevant research, including benchmarking studies, consumer research (such as usability testing, focus groups, and field studies), requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, multi-year digital roadmaps, and industry analyses.
Regularly contribute points of view to establish thought leadership for the agency.
Deliver exceptional team management and oversight on all strategic and user experience work.
Collaborate on new business pitches and organic growth initiatives.
Disseminate creative briefs to teams based on strategic findings.
Synthesize and communicate research results to clients and project teams, providing valuable insights into the client's strategic direction.
Link measurement strategies to support ongoing and comprehensive strategy development.Demonstrate the value of integrating Strategy services and activities into all client engagements.
Offer thought leadership to colleagues and projects across various subjects, including requirements gathering, consumer research and insights, site measurement, and marketing and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
10 years of experience in digital user experience strategy within a digital agency or user experience firm, directly engaging with clients in campaign or communications planning.
Experience in designing personas and customer journeys, with a strong grasp of content strategy, marketing, and distribution.
Proven track record in driving and securing new business pitches and fostering organic account growth.
Understanding and capability to design social ecosystems.
A passion for digital innovation, staying current with technology and trends.
Experience in developing proposals and presentations for clients.
Demonstrated ability to articulate complex subjects in simple terms, both verbally and in writing.
Proven expertise in marketing research and sciences, capable of establishing complex research studies.
A commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Meticulous attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
The ability to adapt and manage multiple tasks effectively.
