Job Summary

Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day clinical and business operations of our behavioral healthcare facility in Yuma, AZ. This individual will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring quality support services, and guiding staff in understanding program processes and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day clinical and business operations of the assigned site/programs.
  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise staff to ensure they are providing quality support services and housing resources to clients.
  • Program Development: Guide staff in understanding program processes and services available for the target population/demographic.
  • Business Acumen: Ensure the site/programs are operating within budget and meeting performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum of a high school diploma, with a degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of management experience in behavioral health, preferably in a facility-based crisis or medical facility setting.
  • Licensure: Must have a license and a clean driving record.
