We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our Employee Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and building a portfolio management framework to support our global Employee Experience organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Centers of Excellence to develop, manage, and scale key programs, initiatives, and operations.
- Design and implement process and technology improvements to improve cross-functional collaboration and efficiency.
- Coordinate and create dashboards and reports to illustrate key employee metrics and drive business impact.
- Spearhead special initiatives to support EX PMO priorities and drive collaboration, communication, and engagement across the organization.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, or operations, preferably within HR.
- Outstanding ability to program manage complex operations and lead teams through transformational change initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to use critical thinking skills to break down sizable problems into meaningful pieces and leverage data to derive insights.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $100,100 - $228,700 annually.
