Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LVN Charge Nurse to join our team at Regency Integrated Health Services. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and document resident conditions, implementing care plans as directed by physicians and facility policies.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and conduct rounds with physicians to record visits in clinical records.
  • Oversee and monitor aides, ensuring the provision of quality care that promotes the well-being of each resident.
  • Initiate and complete Incident and Accident Reports, as well as discharge residents per facility policy.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Active Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of Texas in good standing.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
