Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking skilled phlebotomists to work in outpatient settings with patients of all ages. As a phlebotomy specialist, you will be responsible for collecting and processing biological specimens for diagnostic testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and process biological specimens for diagnostic testing
- Ensure accurate and efficient specimen handling and processing
- Provide excellent patient care and communication
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to achieve diagnostic goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols
- Additional related education and/or experience
