Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our Acute Care/Secure Residential Treatment Facility (SRTF). The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the SRTF, including supervision of staff, management of budget, and compliance with regulatory agencies.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures relevant to the operation of the facility, meeting state requirements as well as any other requirements of licensing, certifying or insuring organizations.
  • Supervise and train staff on crisis prevention and intervention techniques, seclusion and restraint practices, and other relevant topics.
  • Maintain professional confidentiality of personnel, clients, and program information.
  • Assist the Chief Financial Officer in ensuring that there is a good working relationship between clerical and clinical staff and the lines of communication are left open.
  • Transport customers as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (master's preferred) in a healthcare-related field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in a healthcare-related field, preferably medical.
  • Prior experience in directly or indirectly supervising a minimum of 15 employees.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
