We are seeking an experienced and skilled Acute Care/SRTF Operations Director to join our team at Community Counseling Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our secure residential treatment facility (SRTF) and acute care program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of daily operations, including supervision of staff, client care, and facility management.
  • Development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to ensure high-quality care and services.
  • Collaboration with medical professionals, therapists, and other stakeholders to provide comprehensive care.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintenance of accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field (master's preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Prior experience in direct or indirect supervision of at least 15 employees.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
