Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Analytics:
  • Examine and interpret data from social media channels to identify trends, user engagement metrics, and the influence of key personalities.
  • Pinpoint significant influencers, content trends, and audience demographics to guide product decisions and marketing approaches.
  • Employ advanced analytical tools to track social commerce key performance indicators and evaluate the success of influencer campaigns.
  • Product Strategy & Development:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to weave influencer data into product development.
  • Outline product roadmaps and feature sets that resonate with social commerce objectives, driven by insights from influencer analytics.
  • Develop and prioritize product features that boost user engagement and conversion through social commerce avenues.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
  • Remain informed about the latest trends in social commerce, influencer marketing, and platform algorithms.
  • Conduct competitive assessments to benchmark product features and performance against industry standards.
  • Spot opportunities for innovation and differentiation in our social commerce offerings based on market and influencer insights.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure product features align with influencer marketing strategies.
  • Articulate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Oversee the product launch process, ensuring all elements of the product are optimized for success in social commerce.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, particularly in social commerce or influencer marketing.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar).
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and consumer behavior.
  • Proven track record of translating data-driven insights into product strategy and features.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with social media APIs and data extraction tools.
  • Understanding of e-commerce and online retail strategies.
