MJ Lad Enterprises Inc is a leading provider of air duct cleaning services for industrial, commercial, and residential heating, cooling, and other air duct systems. We also offer dryer vent cleaning services for both residential and commercial clients.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Air Duct Technician to join our team. As a Lead Air Duct Technician, you will be responsible for leading a crew in the proper cleaning of residential and commercial air ducts. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of technicians in the cleaning of residential and commercial air ducts
  • Supervise and guide other technicians to ensure high-quality work
  • Organize and maintain equipment in working vehicles
  • Climb ladders and roofs, crawl spaces, and attics to access ductwork
  • Load and unload equipment (up to 75 lbs)
  • Clean and vacuum floor register HVAC boots
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
  • Work in dusty environments and perform miscellaneous tasks as needed

**Requirements**

  • Current valid Ohio driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Able to read and understand written instructions, write, and verbally communicate effectively
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Able to climb ladders at varying heights and stairs
  • Must pass a background check and drug test
  • Dependable, trustworthy, and possess good judgment
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Able to operate machinery and simple and complex tools
  • Good balance, eye-hand coordination, and customer service skills

**Minimum Education and Experience Requirements**

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 1+ years of duct cleaning experience
  • 1 year in a lead tech role
