Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Technician to join our team at TDG Facilities, LLC. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of climate control systems, including chillers, boilers, and HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair climate control systems, including chillers, boilers, and HVAC equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and implement repairs
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC systems

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of HVAC experience
  • 5+ years of chiller experience
  • 5+ years of boiler experience
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Pipe welding experience preferred but not required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
