Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Telemetry team at Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital. As a Neuro Telemetry RN, you will provide direct patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and safety for our patients.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health and wellness.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
Requirements
  • Current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
