RN Lead Telemetry FT Days: Clinical Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Lead Telemetry FT Days to join our team at Carondelet St. Marys Hospital. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in coordinating and directing patient care, unit activities, and staff performance on an assigned shift.
Key Responsibilities- Support and evaluate patient care and unit needs during assigned shifts
- Make assignments for staff to meet patient care needs and for incoming patients
- Monitor effectiveness and completion of unit assignments
- Evaluate staffing and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and others
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts
- Provide coaching and support to staff members
- Represent the unit or nursing department on committees or task forces as assigned
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License
- Required certifications in area of clinical specialty within 3 years from ANCC or other approved credentialing entity
- Minimum 1 year of ICU experience, preferably in Neuro ICU
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
