Job Summary:

Emory Healthcare is seeking a skilled Clinical Quality Coordinator II to join our team in the Heart and Vascular Service Line. As a key member of our quality improvement team, you will be responsible for gaining an understanding of rules and regulations, collecting and presenting data, and driving improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and quality of care.

Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze data to identify performance opportunities and areas for improvement

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives

Design and implement data collection plans to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

Use statistical and visualization methods to analyze data and identify trends

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Minimum five years of experience working in a complex healthcare environment

Valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board

Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification within 18 months of employment
