Health Services Advisory Group (HSAG) is a leading organization in the field of healthcare quality improvement. We are seeking a highly skilled Auditor III to join our team in the Data Science & Advanced Analytics division.

About the Role

The Auditor III will be responsible for performing healthcare auditing, data validation, and leading performance measurement projects. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare quality improvement principles and a passion for making a positive impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct healthcare auditing and data validation to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Lead performance measurement projects, including development of work plans and timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide regular progress reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in healthcare quality improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • At least five years of work experience in healthcare, with a minimum of seven years of total work experience
  • Four years of auditing experience and two years of experience as a lead auditor, with at least two years in HEDIS auditing and/or data validation
  • Intermediate knowledge of performance measures and experience writing client reports as a lead author
  • Prior experience leading multiple medium-sized projects or contracts
