About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Echocardiographer to join our team at Riverside Health System. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of echocardiography tests, including echo, stress echo, and transesophageal echo tests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produces high-quality images following established protocols and procedures.
  • Provides accurate clinical documentation and maintains patient records.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of regulatory and accrediting standards, ensuring compliance with RHS policies and procedures.
  • Provides exceptional patient care and engagement, promoting a positive patient experience.
  • Supports the growth and development of our service, contributing to financial targets and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Program Graduate from an accredited cardiac ultrasound program or equivalent on-the-job training from an echo laboratory.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of related experience.
  • Echocardiographer certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent.
  • CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute.
