Child Development Specialist Job Description

Kiddie Academy of North Albuquerque seeks a qualified Child Development Specialist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners
  • Instruct students in foundational subjects such as reading and mathematics
  • Support children's social and emotional growth through guidance and activities
  • Utilize varied teaching approaches to cater to different learning styles
  • Establish strong relationships with parents and school staff
  • Monitor student progress to ensure they meet expected milestones

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field
  • Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with health and safety guidelines for the classroom
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and mediate situations

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
