About the Role
We are looking for an experienced educator who can create engaging lesson plans, promote social-emotional development, and foster a love for learning in young children. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes creativity, self-expression, and physical activity.
- Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers regarding their child's progress and development.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Manage classroom activities, supervise children during meals and outdoor play, and maintain a clean and organized classroom.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (minimum 6 credit hours per semester).

- Familiarity with literacy education strategies, child welfare regulations, and safety protocols.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
