Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at Open Skies Healthcare. As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing individual, group, and family therapy services to children and their families. You will work closely with treatment teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions as outlined in the treatment plan
- Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations to monitor client progress
- Communicate effectively with treatment teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintain accurate and timely records of therapeutic contacts and treatment plans
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology)
- Experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a treatment team
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the field of child welfare
