Our Little Chute, WI branch is currently seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Window and Door Sales Specialist . This person will assist in the sales aspects of our window and door lines to contractors and new home builders.
Job Description
- The successful candidate will support the daily sales operations in all facets of the sale.
- They will learn our products and the competition's products and be able to discuss strengths and weaknesses with customers.
- Responsibilities include working with contractors and vendors to provide timely and accurate quotes.
- The ideal candidate will also work with contractors, vendors, and warehouse personnel to coordinate orders and repairs.
- They will work with the sales team and vendors to secure new and existing business.
- Maintaining accurate internal paperwork and ensuring customer invoices are accurate and billed on time are essential duties.
Requirements
- A strong organizational skills and commitment to learning and servicing the customer are essential.
- The ideal candidate will have a positive team-oriented attitude and be able to work well with others.
- Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) are required.
- Proficient math skills and professional verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Previous window and door experience is highly valued.
Benefits and Compensation
- We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) starts at 12 days per year, and profit-sharing stock plans amount to 10-20% of annual pay.
- Eight paid holidays each year and outstanding benefits packages, including health insurance, dental insurance, and 401k investment accounts, are available.
