Compensation:
The initial pay range for this position varies based on location and experience, starting at $18 per hour, with an additional $1 per hour incentive for late-night shifts beginning at 10 PM.

Your Role at Raising Cane's:
The Food Service Operations Manager plays a crucial role in assisting the Restaurant Leader with the daily operations of the establishment, ensuring adherence to Raising Cane's standards and culture during shift management.

Work Environment:
This position involves working in a dynamic kitchen setting, requiring physical stamina for extended periods of walking, standing, lifting, and bending, as well as engaging with customers. The role includes both indoor and outdoor tasks in varying temperatures and involves handling food products and cleaning supplies that necessitate the use of personal protective equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence:
    Ensure that all operations align with Raising Cane's standards across all restaurant areas during shifts.
  • Management Duties:
    Act as the manager on duty, responsible for opening and closing the restaurant.
  • Financial Accountability:
    Oversee cash handling processes and ensure accountability.

General Responsibilities:

  • Enforce company policies and operational standards.
  • Execute shift management while meeting operational and safety standards.
  • Utilize necessary tools and documentation to support shift execution and address any issues.
  • Direct crew members during shifts and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Implement recognition programs for crew members.
  • Authorize employee functions requiring managerial approval.
  • Maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency of the restaurant.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and energetic with strong communication skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in problem recognition and resolution.
  • Experience in staffing, scheduling, and cost management.
  • Familiarity with technology systems, including Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends.
  • Completion of all required training programs.
  • Minimum of 1 year of management experience in the restaurant or retail sector.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
