Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of staff: Supervise and train a team of employees to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality.
  • Operational management: Oversee the preparation, sales, and service of food, ensuring that all systems and procedures are executed with 100% integrity and completeness.
  • Inventory management: Forecast and estimate food requirements, ensuring that the restaurant is stocked with the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Customer service: Ensure that every customer receives world-class customer service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Financial management: Responsible for managing cash drawers, auditing previous shifts, and completing daily and weekly paperwork.
  • Equipment maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance and upkeep on store equipment and supplies.
  • Additional duties: Perform other related duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Requirements:

  • Language skills: Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language fluently and clearly.
  • Math skills: Must have strong math abilities, including addition, subtraction, fractions, and percentages.
  • Computer skills: Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and software such as Excel and Word.
  • Physical demands: Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Special requirements: Willing to work overtime, holidays, weekends as business dictates. Must be 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, clean driving record, and physical stamina to work 50-60 hours per week.
