The instructor serves as the key facilitator for educational delivery within the district, tasked with effectively presenting the designated curriculum while utilizing a diagnostic and prescriptive methodology to identify and adapt to the unique needs and interests of each student.

The responsibilities typically associated with this role encompass, but are not limited to:

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.

MA DESE Certification for Elementary Education (Grades 1-6) is necessary.

Experience with upper elementary students is preferred; prior experience in an educational environment is strongly desired.

Proficiency in contemporary instructional techniques and curriculum is essential; the ability to collaborate effectively and utilize data for planning, assessment, and instructional modification is crucial.
