Position Overview

Safety Coordinator, Northern Manhattan, NYC

Compensation: $***/hr. (prevailing wage) + $***/hr. (Supplemental Benefits) = $***/hr. (for the first 40 hours per week)

Shifts Available:

  • (2) 7am - 3pm
  • (2) 3pm - 11pm
  • (2) 11pm - 7am

Join the Arrow Security team as a Safety Coordinator and contribute significantly to maintaining a secure environment while delivering outstanding customer service in Northern Manhattan, NYC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Access Control measures.
  • Ensure a secure workplace while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Document irregularities, suspicious behaviors, security violations, and safety concerns.
  • Prepare incident reports with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Take appropriate actions to address wrongdoers or unauthorized individuals.
  • Serve as a visible deterrent on-site, embodying company values.
  • Complete assigned duties as required.
  • Submit daily surveillance activity reports.

Qualifications:

  • Valid NYS Guard License.
  • Completion of 8/16 hr. NYS Security Guard training.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in security.
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directives.
  • Physical fitness and capability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
