Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Manager to join our Retail team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a client experience that reflects the ethos of our brand, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales through outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics.
  • Display a good sense of initiative, able to plan and prioritize, display strategic thinking, and champion change in an effective manner.
  • Take pride in work and strive for excellence.
  • Take responsibility for performance and complete all assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Train and develop store associates, monitor and assist the Store Manager with training and development.
  • Coach and provide feedback to team members, clearly articulate strengths, goals, and opportunities.
  • Exercise strong written and verbal skills, adapt communication skills upwards, laterally, and to the team.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team, manage personal timecards to ensure payroll accuracy, maintain Tumi University Training, and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the store follows visual guidelines and directives, enforce excellent client services, and provide a consistent superior client experience.
Requirements
  • Understand the TUMI brand and have a true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
  • Value a collaborative environment and have an openness to feedback.
  • Have strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
  • Can demonstrate proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPI's.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
  • Have a strong sense of integrity and an ability to lead by example.
  • Have strong time management skills.
