Job Overview

We are in search of a Manufacturing Line Supervisor to oversee our production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
  • Manage activities on the production line to optimize efficiency and maintain product standards.
  • Provide training for new staff and ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
  • Verify that production lines are properly configured and approved for operation by Quality Control.
  • Inspect all materials on the line to confirm they are suitable, approved by Quality Assurance, and correspond with the Bill of Materials as per the production order.
  • Review records and calculations to guarantee precise fill weights, output quantities, and material consumption.
  • Examine labels to ensure accuracy and correct placement on containers.
  • Maintain logs in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) for cleaning and sanitation procedures.
  • Assign production tasks to the appropriate teams and personnel.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with production tools and machinery.
