About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child Focused Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, and families in our community.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans for minor clients and their parents/guardians.
  • Provide individual and family therapy using a range of modalities, including play-based and interactive methods.
  • Collaborate with other Child Services providers, including medication management and psychological assessment services.
  • Coordinate services with external care providers, including case managers, families, medical personnel, and school staff.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
  • Clinical licensure or be on licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.
  • Passion and experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
  • Knowledge of developmental principles and awareness of the intersection between normative child development and psychopathology.
  • Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
