Job Summary

The Account Manager II, Physician & Leadership develops effective partnerships with facility client administrators and decision-makers. This role utilizes a consultative approach to secure new contracts, increase customer share with current accounts, and generate and fill orders to drive growth in revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishes and cultivates long-term, effective partnerships with facility clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their current staffing trends and future needs.
  • Prioritizes leads generated to prospect and qualify facility clients.
  • Negotiates contract terms with client contacts and prepares new client contracts.
  • Updates internal collaborators in real-time using placement statuses and tasks to deliver qualified candidates to the client on time.
  • Identifies and pursues opportunities during client interactions to introduce new or different Physician and Leadership business solutions and/or cross-sell solutions with other AMN divisions.

Requirements
  • Must possess a strong understanding of project management expectations.
  • Experience managing both clients and candidates throughout the search process.
  • Able to handle critical information and confidential situations.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and accomplish work in order of priority.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels.

Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience or High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements
  • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
  • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
