Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective care plans
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote independence and self-care

Requirements:

  • Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
  • Graduation from a qualified nursing program
  • CPR certification in good standing

Pay: LPN NRP pay starts at $27/hour for the first 8 weeks, $28-$38/hour for weeks 9-12, and $30-$40/hour after 90 days.
