As a Nurse at DaVita, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of our patients' treatment plans.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing other nursing tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in patient care.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (R.N.) in the state of practice.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture.
