Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Health Operations Manager to join our team at Not Disclosed. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our behavioral health site, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crisis Intervention and Management
    • Respond to crisis situations related to patient care needs, triage problems, and assign available nursing or clinical staff to assist.
    • Document all crises work within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
    • Address immediate facility needs related to upkeep and safety.
  • Parent/Referral Source Coordination
    • Support the call center during peak periods.
    • Communicate with parents regarding patient financial responsibility and resolve conflicts.
    • Coordinate return on investment (ROI) requests and complete related documentation.
    • Oversee the implementation of Leading Reach for the site.
  • Office Coordination
    • Develop and implement systems to maintain a clean and organized facility.
    • Communicate with vendors and ensure basic needs are met.
    • Track facility inspections and ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of social service experience.
  • 2 years of experience in behavioral healthcare, with a focus on crisis intervention or therapeutic milieu management.
  • QMHS +3 certification preferred or eligibility.
  • Excellent verbal de-escalation skills and organizational abilities.
