  • Collaborate with educational staff to execute Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and tailored support plans.
  • Provide assistance during meal times, breaks, and extracurricular activities.
  • Help maintain an orderly and conducive learning environment.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree or higher is preferred.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Previous experience in educational settings or working with children is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a commitment to student success.
  • Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Openness to learning and adapting to the unique needs of students.
