Position Overview:
Nightwing is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator (N-Ray) to enhance our operations. This role is essential in managing the secure and efficient transportation of materials necessary for our specialized testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage shipping documents, packing lists, and labels utilizing various software tools.
- Interpret and gather relevant manufacturing guidelines, purchase orders, and compliance documents to prepare comprehensive order packets.
- Address and rectify discrepancies in documentation and labeling promptly.
- Engage in regular communication with suppliers, team members, and clients to ensure efficient acknowledgment and resolution of issues.
- Contribute to the enhancement of documentation processes and administrative practices.
- Exemplify strong attendance, punctuality, and work ethic within the Logistics department.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and timely delivery.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Ability to obtain necessary access for regulatory compliance.
- Must be a U.S. Person or eligible for required export authorizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Experience with data entry and various computer systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus.
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
