Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage shipping documents, packing lists, and labels utilizing various software tools.
  • Interpret and gather relevant manufacturing guidelines, purchase orders, and compliance documents to prepare comprehensive order packets.
  • Address and rectify discrepancies in documentation and labeling promptly.
  • Engage in regular communication with suppliers, team members, and clients to ensure efficient acknowledgment and resolution of issues.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of documentation processes and administrative practices.
  • Exemplify strong attendance, punctuality, and work ethic within the Logistics department.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of diploma.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Ability to obtain necessary access for regulatory compliance.
  • Must be a U.S. Person or eligible for required export authorizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Experience with data entry and various computer systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus.
  • Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
