The Guest Services Specialist plays a vital role in assisting both resort guests and day visitors, as well as those planning future trips.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding resort offerings and tailor recommendations to meet guest needs and expectations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in local attractions, including but not limited to hiking, biking, and dining, to ensure guests receive a comprehensive "concierge" experience.
  • Exhibit strong computer skills and excellent interpersonal communication abilities.

Employment Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive pay range of $21.73.
