Assist in managing essential financial functions including receivables, payables, and the administrative closure of projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Receivable
  • Oversee all client collection activities
  • Record, process, and archive cash receipts
  • Generate and distribute monthly client statements
  • Prepare and dispatch client invoices
  • Reconcile associated general ledger accounts
Accounts Payable
  • Process, enter, and maintain all accounts payable (invoices, expense reports, credit card transactions)
  • Conduct weekly check processing
  • Maintain vendor profiles (terms, discounts, tax identification, etc.)
  • Reconcile vendor accounts monthly through statements and related transactions
  • Issue annual 1099 forms to vendors
  • Support office administration as required

  • Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Background in a cost-based professional services environment preferred
  • Experience in the professional services sector is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and respond promptly
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Advanced MS Office skills
