Key Responsibilities:

Expectations:
- Position patients and adjust imaging equipment to capture diagnostic images according to established protocols.
- Instruct patients on procedures and tailor radiation exposure settings based on individual needs.
- Adhere to safety standards while operating radiology equipment.
- Analyze radiology films and digital images for quality attributes such as density, contrast, and definition.
- Perform x-ray examinations to assist in diagnosing diseases or injuries.
- Prepare patients for imaging by administering necessary medications or solutions.
- Document test results and monitor patient data effectively.
- Calibrate and maintain imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current certification from the American Association of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT/CCRT).
