- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process, product, or equipment performance using troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis techniques.
- Improve Processes: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to optimize process performance and efficiency.
- Ensure Safety and Environmental Stewardship: Perform individual duties with a high degree of dedication to safety and environmental stewardship.
- Basic Computer Skills: Demonstrate basic computer skills and proficiency in using process control and information systems.
- Flexibility and Availability: Be able to work all applicable shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be available to work overtime when needed.
- Physical Demands: Be able to lift 50 pounds, lift hoses, bolt flanges, and operate valves and similar equipment routinely.
- Work Environment: Be able to work in tight or closed-in spaces and extreme environmental conditions.
