Job Overview
The Vendor Stock Support Associate plays a crucial role in managing the flow of new merchandise from brand-specific vendors. This position encompasses various operational tasks tailored to vendor requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction in all activities.
  • Execute general shipment processing tasks in line with productivity standards and timelines, ensuring the store is ready for customers.
  • Prepare merchandise by hanging or folding items and organizing them for display on the sales floor.
  • Assist the Omni Operations Manager with the movement of fixtures and merchandise for new product launches, seasonal transitions, and clearance events.
  • Support the replenishment of stock on the sales floor.
  • Maintain an organized and clean stockroom environment.
  • Handle damaged items, transfers, and returns to vendors.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
  • Follow protocols for shortage prevention related to receiving processes.
  • Adhere to all safety and security guidelines.
  • Execute shortage prevention initiatives effectively.
  • Perform additional vendor-specific tasks as required.
  • Complete other assigned duties as necessary.
  • Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in merchandising or retail.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to operate a calculator.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Comfortable using RF equipment.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • This role involves significant lifting and constant movement.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods, at least two consecutive hours.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
  • May require bending, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
  • May involve reaching above eye level.
  • Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
