Corporate Development Associate

Fortress Power, a leading provider of residential and commercial battery energy storage solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our corporate development team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, financial planning, and fundraising efforts to support the company's growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
  • Assist in developing and implementing business plans, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as investors, banks, and legal advisors, to support capital raising efforts.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor performance to inform corporate strategy and investment decisions.
  • Provide financial and operational support to cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and marketing.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for the executive team, board of directors, and investors.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • A genuine interest in the renewable energy and climate-tech sectors.

Location: Fortress Power's headquarters in Langhorne, PA, with the option to work remotely from Boston, MA for the right candidate.

Travel: Up to 30% of the time.
