Lead Customer Service Representative

At Circle K, we're looking for a skilled Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting new customer service representatives with training and onboarding.
  • Performing shift supervision and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Completing store merchandise build-to's and receiving and verifying vendor deliveries.
  • Completing grocery orders and deliveries with precision and attention to detail.
