We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Spanish Instructor to contribute to our educational mission. The ideal candidate will hold a Professional Educator License (PEL) and possess a deep enthusiasm for teaching the Spanish language and its rich cultural heritage to students in grades 9-12. This role demands a dedication to creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and success.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred)
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Preferred experience in high school teaching
- Proven proficiency in Spanish language and cultural knowledge
- Design, implement, and deliver dynamic Spanish language lessons that align with the educational curriculum.
- Employ a range of instructional methods, resources, and technologies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Create an interactive learning atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Evaluate student performance and provide meaningful feedback to support their learning journey.
- Maintain effective classroom management and a positive educational environment.
- Communicate openly and effectively with students, parents, and fellow educators.
- Engage in school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences as necessary.
- Strong organizational and classroom management abilities.
- Capability to tailor instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning platforms.
