Facilities Operations Manager

Job Summary:
The Facilities Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive management and maintenance of multiple healthcare facilities. This role involves ensuring that all operational aspects align with the organization's mission of health and healing.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily operations of facility maintenance, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
2. Supervise and direct facilities staff, coordinating maintenance, repairs, and installations to meet service objectives.
3. Maintain essential facility systems, including utilities, security, and pest control, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
4. Evaluate current and future real estate needs for the organization, providing strategic recommendations.
5. Oversee the installation and upkeep of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
6. Develop and monitor quality indicators for continuous improvement in facility operations.
7. Assist in managing departmental operations, including budgeting, human resources, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or completion of a Trade/Vo-Tech program is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Minimum of seven years of relevant experience, with three years in a supervisory role preferred.
- Knowledge of non-medical equipment and troubleshooting skills are essential.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and codes is required.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are necessary.
