About the Job

Country Bank for Savings is seeking a Head of Project Development to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating designated projects to achieve desired results.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects, including discovery, planning, budgeting, defining scope and requirements, and overseeing due diligence.
  • Champion communication as a critical component of successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams across different departments and at all levels of the Bank, fostering knowledge sharing, accountability, clarity of roles and responsibilities, and clear and meaningful discussions to align on project priorities and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related subject or commensurate experience.
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • PMP or other leading industry certifications are highly preferred.

This role is full-time, 40 hours weekly. The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 to $165,000 per year, based on location and qualifications.
