Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking an innovative leader to drive our marketing initiatives forward. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will oversee the operations of the Marketing team and lead marketing efforts to enhance brand presence, promote products and services, support community relations initiatives, and engage our target audiences.

You will be responsible for developing, supporting, managing, and motivating the team to be highly skilled in all marketing processes. This includes collaborating with the Bank's advertising agency of record on media planning, advertising, creative ideas, brand management, and marketing initiatives. You will also work closely with business line leaders, sales, and business insights to develop marketing strategies that align with organizational goals, identify growth opportunities, and address competitive challenges.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be creative, collaborative, self-motivated, and resourceful with proven exceptional leadership skills. They will also have the ability to work independently, effectively prioritize and manage several projects at once, and interpret ideas and facts for strong data analysis. Strong customer service and negotiation skills with the ability to make effective presentations in a group setting are also required.

This position requires a minimum of eight years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for experience in the financial services industry. At least three years of managing a team is also preferred. The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 per year.
