Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring seamless coordination of appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including preparing meeting materials and taking minutes.
  • Develop and implement effective systems for managing information and tasks.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience supporting C-suite executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite.
  • Associate's degree, or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of office administrative practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
