As a District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple restaurants, ensuring excellent guest service, team development, high-quality foods, food safety, store cleanliness, and maximum profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement restaurant business plans to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Lead and develop a team of restaurant managers to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement company-wide initiatives and strategies.
- 4+ years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
- 2+ years of experience in a district or multi-unit management role.
- Valid NYC Department of Health Food Protection Certificate.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business results.
- Knowledge of POS systems, financial planning, and cost accounting.
