We are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Coordinator to join our team at Novant Health in Wilmington, North Carolina. This is a full-time position with up to $15,000 sign-on bonus and $7,500 relocation assistance.

About the Role:

This Hemodialysis nurse will be responsible for monitoring patients during their treatment, educating them and their families on the treatment plan, and managing vital signs. The ideal candidate should have an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, a current valid North Carolina nursing license, and BLS certification. Prior experience in hemodialysis or adjacent fields is preferred.

The selected candidate will be part of a close-knit team that closely monitors critically ill patients in an inpatient setting. We strive to deliver exceptional patient care and foster a safe environment driven by the principles of "First Do No Harm". If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired, or lapsed for five years or more, you may need to complete a Board-approved refresher course before reactivating or reinstating your license.
