Job Title: Clinical Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team at Novant Health. This role will involve coordinating and assisting the provider to ensure safe, quality, and cost-effective service and care for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver exceptional patient care and experience
  2. Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve quality and safety goals
  3. Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills
  4. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant Program; Medical Assistant curriculum must include pharmacology and medication administration
  • Certification/registry accepted: CMA with AAMA, CCMA with NHA, RMA with AMT, ARMA with NHCWA, NCCT, NAHP, AAH
  • Ability to obtain certification/registry within 6 months of hire as CMA, RMA or CCMA
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous work in a medical office

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

This is a full-time position. Our estimated salary range is based on location and industry standards.
